It is the responsibility of the buyer to insure that parts ordered from Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC are the correct replacement part for the buyer’s firearm. Returns of products purchased from Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC are allowed ONLY under the following conditions:
- Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC will not authorize returns for ANY Special Order items.
- Buyer must contact Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC at 702.967.0883, Monday through Friday (unless otherwise posted on the web site) between 9:00 AM PDST and 3:00 PM PDST to obtain an ARM (Authorization to Return Merchandise).
- Buyer must contact Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise to receive an ARM.
- ARM merchandise must be received by Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC within fourteen (14) business days of the issuance of the ARM. ARM merchandise and packaging must be in original condition available for immediate resale.
- ARM merchandise returned in other then immediate re-salable condition or after fourteen (14) business days from customer receipt of ARM will incur a 20% restocking fee (cost of product only).
- All CREDITS for ARM merchandise or invoices will be credited back to the original credit card used to purchase merchandise from Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC.
- All credits NOT used within ninety (90) days will become void.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for authorized returned merchandise.
- Buyer is libel for the cost of shipping of returned ARM merchandise at the direction of Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC.
- Returned merchandise MUST be in original packaging and a copy of the original invoice MUST be included.
- Credit for ARM returns will be credited back to the original credit card used for the original purchase.
- Buyer will be charged the cost of the correct part, shipping, and taxes (if applicable) to obtain the correct/replacement part desired.
