Products offered for sale by Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC are NEW manufacture unless otherwise specified. Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC will qualify and post the condition of used products to the best of our ability and will be so noted with the product in question.

Large Ammunition Feeding Device Shipment Policy

High-Capacity Pistol Magazines; any detachable ammunition feeding device which can contain more than ten (10) rounds of ammunition; are not legal for possession by private citizens in all states.

Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC will not accept orders from, or ship High-Capacity Pistol Magazines to, private individuals who are residents of California, Hawaii, New Jersey (more than 15 rounds), Maryland (more than 20 rounds), District of Columbia, New York, Massachusetts or Illinois. Since laws are ever-changing, buyers purchasing pistol magazines from Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC assumes responsibility and states, buy virtue of their order that these items are legal for purchase and possession by private citizens within the city/state in which that individual resides.

Threaded Pistol Barrels are not legal for possession by private citizens residing in the states of California and New Jersey.

Glock 3.5 Pound Connector Notice
Glock factory 3.5 pound Connectors and Maritime Spring Cups should not be installed in pistols used for on-duty law enforcement carry. Law Enforcement Officers should check with the Supervisor of Firearms Training within their respective agency for review of department policy regarding the alteration of duty weapons. A Glock factory 3.5 pound Connector was designed for, and should be installed ONLY in, pistols used for competition shooting.

Maritime Spring Cup Notice
Customers should be aware that the instillation of Maritime Spring Cups in Glock pistols should be completed ONLY under certain circumstances. The instillation of Maritime Spring Cups assist in the clearance of water from the Firing Pin channel after the pistol has been fully submerged in water. Firing a Glock pistol underwater without special training and ammunition WILL cause severe injury to the shooter.

Payment Policy

State Sales Tax
Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC, as a licensed business located within the borders of the State of Nevada which requires Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC to collect Nevada State Sales Tax on orders placed from within, or shipped/delivered within, the State of Nevada. Nevada State Sales Tax is collected at the rate for Clark County, Nevada which is currently 7.75% of the value of the product ordered.

Our Shopping Cart will initially show an entry for “Sales Tax” until the purchaser enters “Billing” and “Ship To” address. When the “Billing” and “Ship To” address is entered indicating addresses outside the State of Nevada, the “Sales Tax” amount will be eliminated.

Shipping Policy
All products indicate they will be shipped in one to two business days, however, every effort will be made to ship orders received prior to 1:00 PM PDST on date of order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PDST will be shipped next business day. Planned delays in the Shipping Policies of Gun Parts of Nevada, LLC will be posted on our Home Page. Shipping times do not include the first day of shipment, weekends, or holidays.
